Love the library so much that you’ve dreamed of working there? We’re not surprised to hear it. However, before you run off to get your masters of library science, take this quiz and discover your inner librarian.
Readers’ Advisory Librarian.
Man! I was kinda hoping I’d get that one too..since I am a readers’ advisor. But I got History/Genealogy Librarian:
You’ve been described as a “pit bull” because you’re tenacious in the pursuit of answers. For you, no mystery can remain unsolved, and you know exactly how many of your ancestors were royalty. You can be a little intense, but this is balanced by your great hair and penchant for reading romance novels. Your favorite color is cerulean.

this is tight
Typically, skin tight suits don’t usually translate well into multi-layered dresses but Scruffy Rebel’s take on Quorra from TRON: Legacy is full of wonderfully executed details. Check out LJinto’s photo shoot from the San Diego Comicon.
Mine was this weird no-one-else-asked-us show choir pairing (thanks ex bf for taking my ex bff) so my date showed up at my house with a goblet of diet coke and I was like yes, perfect, I hope you brought extra diet coke.
it’s like both our proms were deleted scenes from a john hughes movie!!!

GUYS GUYS GUYS
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY WAS LITERALLY WRITTEN BY A FEMALE ROCKET SCIENTIST
SHE’S THE FIRST WOMAN TO EVER WRITE A MARVEL MOVIE
WHY IS THIS NOT GETTING TALKED ABOUT
also the memory of 18 year-old me self-consciously asking someone to prom while holding butter-stained paper towels is so endearing to me
of course it happened that way
so I recently read Just Like the Movies by Kelly Fiore and the central conflict of the novel was how the two protagonists were gonna get their boyfriends/crushes to “surprise” them with a prom proposal (or “promposal,” as the media calls it)
my whole prom-asking thing happened one night while my maybe-boyfriend/movie theater coworker and I were cleaning the popper at the end of our shift - we were covered in grease and butter and reeked of cleaning solution, and my hands were full of paper towels, and I just stopped and said, “so are we going to prom together or what?” and he said, “yeah,” and then we finished cleaning
I don’t really know where I’m going with this but I can’t imagine that conversation having gone any other way and it just weirds me out to even think about one of us going through the effort of a promposal and for what?? like I still remember that moment and it’s really sweet and nice and it was enough? like this is prom, not marriage
THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD IS SEEING PEOPLE SMILING BECAUSE OF YOU
